Yarra Valley pest protocol gets growers back in game

Silvan berry and cherry grower Steve Chapman began working towards the Yarra Valley Pest Free Place of Production last year when Queesland Fruit Fly was declared endemic to Victoria.   The declaration affected growers around the state but especially in the Yarra Valley where there is no fruit fly and a lot of berries are grown.  Read more of this Weekly Times article.
