VCA Constitution
The Victorian Cherry Association was Incorporated in Victoria under the Associations Incorpoartions Act 1981.
The Purposes for which the Association was established are:
- To keep members informed of developments which are relevant to the cherry Industry with the aim of improving the quality of cherries produced
- To improve sales of cherries by advertising and promotion where possible
- Promotion of research projects of benefit to the cherry industry
The current constitution was adopted in 1999.
